At SCE, we offer the best of both worlds. Our personal trainers design a highly individualized fitness plan built around your needs and goals, and will personally coach you through each step of your fitness journey.
Our small classes will help keep you motivated as you train alongside other positive-minded SCE members who are working their individual fitness plans.

Our coaches take you through the very strategic WOD (workout of the day) and are available throughout the entire workout to critique form, answer questions, and give you a very personalized training experience. Then if needed, we‘ll adjust your workout based on your individual fitness needs and challenges.
